Positive: We come here often as we love the Fairmont, cozy and comfortable .

Negative: Last twice we have been there has not been enough staff in bar and restaurant and the ones that are there are rushed of their feet . Our table was booked for 4.30 last night and order still hadn’t been taken by 5.15pm, not ideal when you have young children with you
